As a trans coach I have lived experience of what it's like to feel out of place in the gym. I've gone through the trial and error of not knowing if I should follow male or female workouts, trying countless new programs, and enduring the mental struggle of feeling like I don't belong.


This is why I focus not only on a workout plan, but on how to develop a mindset of resilience that provides a foundation of confidence throughout every aspect of life.

Fitness for me has been about so much more than finding a workout plan and sticking to it. Growing up, playing sports was always an outlet for me when things felt too overwhelming. As I grew up I found myself seeking that same feeling and found myself going to the gym.


The more invested I became, the more I searched for structure: workouts, apps, training plans. But every one of them started the same way — male or female. And just like that, I was reminded I didn't quite fit.


There's so much about transition that feels out of control, and for a long time I believed I just had to accept I'd never have a body I felt at home in. Fitness provided the structure I needed, and showed me that I do have the power to change how I look and feel.


Today I strive to provide support and a sense of belonging to people who've never felt there was a place for them in fitness. I first started lifting to physically change so that my appearance matched the way I felt. But overtime it became a way for me to feel aligned mentally and emotionally as well.


I coach from a place of understanding, lived experience, and empathy, supporting people in achieving every one of their goals, one workout at a time.
